Autodesk's Screencast Web Player
Full-time during the Summer of 2018 and part-time in the Fall of 2018, I interned at Autodesk's San Francisco office working with their Autodesk Knowledge Network team. During the internship, I worked on the Screencast Web Player.
Additionally, I worked on a software prototype of a Customer Support Case Management System.

Screencast Features
The Screencast software records user's screens and actions in Autodesk software. The player allows the Autodesk community to share screencasts with others and display actions, dialogues, shortcuts the user took while recording the screen.

Play and embed your screencasts online

Keep track of commands and keyboard shortcuts through overlays

Track Commands/Dialogue Boxes/Program Changes Visually

Search Commands/Dialogue Boxes/Program Changes

Filter actions taken during the screencast

Change the speed of the screencast playback

Supportability Explorer
In conjunction with a designer at Autodesk, I prototyped what an online Customer Support Management platform might look like based on their Adobe XD mockups and created the core visualization at the heart of the platform. These were not completed products and were handed off to a development team to be finished.
